Atpiano is free to try, runs locally, and does not require an account. Both installers are signed; the macOS package is also notarized.
Acoustic transcription and generated notation can make mistakes. Treat their output as a way to review what you played, not as an authoritative score.
Recording, playback, piano roll, keyboard, and export work without the optional sheet-music model. If you enable score generation, Atpiano shows an education/research acknowledgement before downloading the model from its upstream source. The upstream repository and checkpoint currently have no explicit license, are not bundled with Atpiano, and are not covered by Atpiano’s terms.
